Hardin O. Weaver, MPA and Michael E. Belloli, MPA of Ask M.E. H.O.W. Consulting have a combination of military enlistment, law enforcement and education in their backgrounds which enable them to assist organizations with solving issues and managing polarities.

H.O. Weaver has a Baccalaureate in Business Management, Masters in Public Administration and is a Doctoral candidate in Organization Development (PsyD OD estimated completion June 2011).

M.E. Belloli has a Baccalaureate in Criminal Justice Administration, Masters in Public Administration and is a Doctoral candidate in Organization Development (PsyD OD estimated completion June 2012).
